“Agility World Money Back Guarantee ”  Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive and you have a legal right to make a request to return any goods ordered of receipt for replacement or a refund provided the goods are in a *re-saleable condition*. Then a further 30 days to return the item back to us. (This does not apply to faulty goods.)  You MUST CONTACT US within 14 days, as a small company we can not make refunds on items after this 14 day period, there is no exception to this we do not offer a longer returns period for items purchased as Christmas gifts!

With regards to dog and human clothing including shoes, we cannot exchange or refund items if they have been worn, (other than for the purpose of fitting.) Or that are soiled, smelly or hairy and all items MUST HAVE labels attached and be returned in it's original packaging.  Unfortunately we can not exchange or refund items unless these requirements are met, and they will be returned to the sender.

ALL PERSONALISED ITEMS - i.e. tuggy leads and toys made in your choice of colours are not returnable unless faulty. We can not replace tuggy leads that your dog has chewed, although our leads are strong, they will not withstanding chewing!! 

SALE ITEMS  - We only offer a credit note refund for all returned sale items. (unless faulty)

The customer will be liable for the cost of returning the item to us, and we would recommend any return items be sent via a traceable form of delivery. No original Postage and Packaging costs are refunded. If you require an item to be exchanged our standard shipping rates will apply to deliver the new item .

If items have been damaged by the customer they will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be given.

Please note: We are unable to accept returns on any dog treats or other dog food products, intended for consumption.
