You might think this is an odd place for a post like this but is it really, the agility community that I know is a friendly bunch...
At the supermarket checkouts, in the next aisle there was a lady chatting away to the cashier as she packed her shopping, once she'd finished she was still chatting, and she turned and apologised to the lady waiting behind her saying sorry I mostly come in here for a chat, to which the lady waiting replied don't worry love, I've come in for much the same, I live by myself and I haven't spoken to a soul for three days!
In a world where most people are glued to their mobile phones 24/7 isn't that a sad.
Perhaps if you know someone that lives alone you might just give them a quick call today?
